Working principle:

This machine is a skeleton ball mill driven by horizontal cylindrical turning gears, external gears, and two hoppers. The material enters the first hopper through the hollow shaft screw of the feeding equipment. The hopper has a trapezoidal or corrugated sheath, which contains steel balls that fall under the centrifugal force of the cylinder to grind the material. After rough grinding in the first hopper, the material enters the second hopper through a single-layer partition. The second hopper has a flat scale plate with steel balls for grinding the material. The powder is discharged from the grid plate to complete the grinding process.

Ultra fine mill, also known as ultrafine grinding machine, is a type of ball mill. Ultra fine ball mill is a professional equipment used in industries such as chemical, cement, building materials, metallurgy, etc.
High strength and high-performance ultrafine powder has the potential to improve the performance of fresh and hardened concrete, especially in terms of durability, workability, and impermeability. Currently, it has great market prospects and is mainly used as an auxiliary material in the building materials industry, such as direct addition of cement products and concrete mixing. The ratio of general raw materials: 40% slag powder (S95 grade)+60% fly ash (first and second grade), mixed into the mill. The mill adopts an open circuit system or a closed circuit system. The specific surface area of the finished ultrafine powder is controlled at 650-700 ㎡/kg, and the sieve residue is generally controlled at 30 μ m sieve residue ≤ 1%. Deeply stimulating the activity of mineral powder and fly ash can achieve the expected product indicators.

Application scope of ultrafine powder:

1) In cement production, this product is mainly used as a highly active cement admixture, reducing the amount of clinker used. It can completely replace S95 mineral powder or directly add 10-20% to the finished 42.5 cement, without reducing the strength of cement at 3d and 28d.
2) In concrete production, this product is mainly used as a mineral admixture for high-performance concrete, further reducing the amount of cement used. In the original mix proportion, each cubic meter of C30 concrete can completely replace mineral powder or an equivalent amount of 40-80kg of cement, ensuring that the 7-day and 28 day strength does not decrease, and while maintaining the original slump, the water consumption can be reduced by about 10%
3) In addition to its application in ordinary cement and concrete, this product is particularly suitable for high-strength and high-performance concrete, non pressure steam pipe piles, marine cement and concrete products, etc., to improve the compactness of concrete, significantly enhance corrosion resistance and durability.
