Main structure:

Cylinder: a horizontally placed cylindrical shell lined with ceramic material (such as high alumina bricks, manganese steel ceramic composite panels)
Transmission system: The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through a gear reducer, and some models use idler support to reduce kinetic energy loss.
Auxiliary devices: feeding spiral tube, compartment plate (for handling coarse and fine grinding separately), discharge port (grid type forced discharge or overflow type natural discharge).

Grinding media:

Select the medium type (such as steel balls, ceramic balls) based on the material characteristics, and the medium grading (ratio of large and small balls) affects the grinding efficiency

Basic process:

When the cylinder rotates, the grinding medium is lifted to a certain height by centrifugal force and thrown down. The material is crushed by impact force and further refined through rolling friction.
Wet process: Adding water or other liquids to assist in grinding, reducing the surface energy of particles, and improving the uniformity of fineness.
